Under- 23  Tottenham coach Ugo Ehiogu

The news of the death of Nigerian-born Under-23 coach of  Tottenham Spur , Ugo Ehiogu, who died, on Thursday has made Manchester United(Man U) to cancel their reserve fixture with Tottenham.

The postponement was made on Friday via Twitter.
“In light of this terrible news, Monday’s Reserves game against Tottenham at Old Trafford has been postponed.”

Tottenham announced on Friday the death of Ehiogu in a statement.

“It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Ugo Ehiogu, our Under-23 coach.

“Ugo received immediate treatment after suffering a cardiac arrest at the Training Centre yesterday before being transferred to hospital, where he passed away in the early hours of this morning.

“The club sends its deepest condolences to Ugo’s family. Gemma has specifically asked that the family are given privacy at this difficult time,” the club said.

He died at the age of 44.
