Senate president Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara and some principal officers of the National Assembly left Nigeria early hours of Wednesday to visit President Muhammadu Buhari, who is on medical vacation in London.
Other officers on the trip are Deputy Speaker, Lasun Yusuf and Senate Leader, Senator Ahmed Lawan.
Saraki and his team are expected to meet the Buhari at the Nigerian House Wednesday evening.
Some governors and party leaders have also visited Buhari to wish him sound health.They include APC National leader Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Osun state former governor, Bisi Akande and Ogun state Governor Ibikunle Amosun.
Buhari’s health has been a concern to Nigerians as the president had to extend the medical vacation.
