INEC loses DG


The Director- General of the  died on Mon in Abuja, after a brief illness.

He has since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites in his hometown, Auchi, Edo State.

A renowned Professor of Political Science, Scholar, Administrator and a respected leader, Momoh was an active personality who served the  Independent National Electoral  Commission(INEC) as the pioneer Director-General of the Electoral Institute and contributed immensely to the development of sound knowledge of the electoral process in Nigeria and beyond.
